Safety programs are designed to support the entire enterprise and many times involve collaboration with groups that have overlapping responsibilities. Achieving scalable connectivity that flows throughout an entire organization is possible. This presentation will highlight some of the challenges that a safety program has to overcome when dealing with siloed organizations.

KEITH PANCAKE

Keith Pancake is the safety manager for ACRT and Bermex. With more than a decade of industry experience, Keith uses his knowledge to guide and inform our safety strategy, ensuring incidents are prevented wherever team members are working. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and Utility Specialist, National Safety Council Defensive Driving Instructor, New Hampshire Certified Arborist, Licensed Pesticide Applicator, New Hampshire Arborist Association board member, Utility Arborist Association (UAA) member, and UAA Safety Committee member.
